• You will have access your account online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Place accounts for collection online electronically via our website. You will still have the option to mail, e-mail or fax accounts to our office for collection if you wish.
• Generate your own status reports by date, name or status whenever or how often you like. You will continue to have the option to have status reports sent to you on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis via e-mail or postal service.
• Debtors will have the option to pay online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our website by credit card, debit card or check.
